Coaching and Supervision for Coaches
‘Coaching supervision is a formal process of professional support, which ensures continuing development of the coach and effectiveness of their coaching practice through interactive reflection, interpretative evaluation and the sharing of expertise’ Bachkirova, Stevens and Willis 2005.
To help coaches be at their best through:
One of my favourite things to do is to help others learn and grow. It’s natural for me to find enjoyment and satisfaction in helping coaches be at their best.
As an ICF coach and member, I offer mentor coaching based around its 8 competencies. This often involves listening to examples of your coaching together and digging into the competencies.
I also offer supervision services – a place to learn and grow as a coach. We will make sure your coaching is sound, safe and effective. It’s a helpful place to explore boundary issues, ethical dilemmas, and to develop your coaching practice.
I offer both 1:1 and group sessions for mentor coaching and supervision.
Coaching for Coaches
Coaching for coaches is centred around topics you want to cover as an individual. It prioritises your own thinking space as you grow your skills and experience as a coach.
